Letters : France and England, to his parents and brothers, New London, Connecticut, 1811-1819.

The collection contains twenty-six letters that Hamilton wrote to his parents and brothers from Morlaix, France, and Dartmoor and Chatham, England. In his letters Hamilton wrote about being imprisoned in Dartmoor, England, and being shipwrecked twice. Also, contains four pages of family genealogical records.
